Sake is said to have been created more than 2,000 years ago.It was made using methods such as “mouth-chewing sake*.”

*Chewing rice converts starch into sugar by amylase in the mouth.

From there, through various trials and errors, sake was perfected. Today, there are many different types of sake. However, few of them come with brand building like wine, and most sake is under $30.

Kota Fujii has broken out of this situation and is selling his own unique sake as a sake sommelier, including building sake branding.

The person who produces a design is called a designer, which is a term generally used for people who work professionally in one of the various design areas—usually specifying which area is being dealt with or interior designer), but also others such as architects and engineers. A designer’s sequence of activities is called a design process, possibly using design methods. The process of creating a design can be brief or lengthy and complicated, involving considerable research, negotiation, reflection, modeling, interactive adjustment and re-design.

Originally an engineer for a Japanese car manufacturing company, Kota.

Because of his love of sake, he wanted to work with sake and founded a sake sales company in 2017.

He spent many days visiting sake breweries in Japan, searching for a brewery that would be able to produce the sake he wanted to make. Then, he started working with a certain sake brewery in Nagano to make high-end sake.

The water they use is water that has been filtered through decades of snow on the mountains of the Northern Alps and flows into the river.

The sake rice is called “Kinmon-nishiki.” It is one of only five rice varieties suitable for sake brewing in Nagano, one of Japan’s most famous agricultural regions, which is blessed with a rich climate and natural features.
