These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between JAPAN TOUR GUIDE (“Company”) and you, the user of the services provided by Company (“You”). These Terms of Use apply to the use of all services provided by the Company.

 These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between JAPAN TOUR GUIDE Co.

 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court.

1.  service details

 The Company provides the following services to inbound tourists visiting Japan

  1. Arranging hotel and restaurant reservations
  2. Arrangement of transportation reservations
  3. Arrangement of guides
  4. Creation of itineraries
  5. Preparation of quotations
  6. Sales of Japanese products
  7. Sales activities

2. formation of contract

 Your use of our services constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

3. reservation and payment

 Customers may make reservations for hotels, restaurants, transportation, guides, etc. through the reservation system provided by the Company. After the reservation is confirmed, payment must be made by the specified date based on our invoice.

4.cancellation and modification

 Cancellation or modification of reservations must be made in accordance with the policies set forth by the Company. Details regarding cancellations and changes are included in the reservation confirmation for each service.

5.itinerary creation and quotation

 We will create a customized itinerary and provide a quote based on your needs. Fees related to itinerary creation and quotations are based on a separately established fee schedule.

6.handling of personal information

 We will handle your personal information appropriately and will not provide it to third parties. The collection, use, and storage of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7.disclaimer

 Although we will do our best in the services we provide, we will not be liable for the following

  1. interruption or delay of service due to reasons beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, wars, riots, strikes, and amendments to laws and regulations

 Damage caused by the customer’s intentional or negligent acts

 Issues related to the quality of services and offerings of our partner vendors.

8. governing law and jurisdiction

 These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court.

9. modification of terms and conditions

 MCC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time as necessary. The modified Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon posting on our website. If you do not agree to the modified Terms and Conditions, please stop using our services.
