We arranged the Japan tour for Ateneo de Manila University.
Our company provided an 8-night, 9-day tour to Hiroshima, Osaka, Nara, and Kyoto for Ateneo de Manila University, a prestigious school in the Philippines.
We handled everything from interpretation guides, hotel accommodations, and chartered buses to reservations for tourist attractions including Expo 2025 Osaka, restaurant arrangements considering food allergies, travel insurance coverage, and all necessary negotiations — all in one comprehensive package.
Exchange session with Hiroshima Gakuin

In Hiroshima, a two-day exchange session was held with Hiroshima Gakuin, a fellow Jesuit school like Ateneo.

Students from Hiroshima Gakuin taught kanji and guided participants through a calligraphy experience where they wrote their own names using Japanese characters.

Students from both schools work together and consult with each other while preparing the dishes.
Osaka Expo

After leaving Hiroshima Gakuin, the group headed to Expo 2025 Osaka. Divided into teams, they visited various pavilions to explore the cultures and histories of different countries, as well as the technologies of Japanese companies.
Japanese cultural experience

Students make their own okonomiyaki and enjoy eating the dishes they prepare. Of course, we check each student’s allergies in advance and provide detailed instructions to the cooking class staff to ensure a safe and secure dining experience.

In Kyoto, the students enjoyed a samurai and ninja experience. Dressed in traditional costumes, they moved their bodies as if they had become real samurai or ninja.

By participating in a tea ceremony that accommodates large groups, the students were able to stay together, enjoy the experience, and learn about Japanese etiquette in a fun and engaging way.
We encourage you to use this tour as a reference when planning your own itinerary. At our company, we work together with our clients to create unique, customized, and personalized tours tailored to their interests and needs.
