Educational Tours in Japan for International Students | School Exchange and Cultural Experience Programs

NEWS

JAPAN TOUR GUIDE designs customized educational tours in Japan for international schools and educational institutions, combining school exchange programs, cultural experiences, and meaningful learning opportunities.

In 2026, we organized an educational tour in Fukuoka and Hiroshima for students from the Junior High School of Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines. This program was successfully operated for the second consecutive year, following the 2025 tour.

In Fukuoka, the students visited Sophia Fukuoka, a partner Catholic school, while in Hiroshima they visited Hiroshima Gakuin. Through these school exchange programs, students had the opportunity to interact directly with Japanese students and experience everyday school life in Japan.

The itinerary also included peace education at Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, visits to Miyajima and Itsukushima Shrine, as well as hands-on Japanese cultural experiences such as ramen making and Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki cooking.

Our goal is not simply to take guests to famous sightseeing destinations. By leveraging our local Japanese network, we create access to schools, communities, and experiences that can be difficult for conventional travel companies to arrange, allowing international visitors to experience a more authentic side of Japan.

JAPAN TOUR GUIDE specializes in tailor-made educational tours in Japan, combining school exchanges, cultural experiences, peace education, and local interaction based on each group’s objectives. We work with overseas schools and travel agencies to create inbound educational travel programs that offer students a deeper understanding of Japanese culture, society, and everyday life.
